Public Update
We’re pleased to confirm: on 15 June 2026 the Ombudsman acknowledged our email referencing the MP.
Yesterday we received a reply from the NHS regarding our complaint. I’ll leave it to my Barrister to assess its legal weight. For now, our focus remains on the NHS, who now sit at the centre of this enquiry, and the court, which has yet to confirm transfer of funds for the disclosure application.
That NHS document was not created by accident. It cannot be both meaningless and critical at the same time. Its legal relevance therefore must be addressed. If it has no relevance, then its necessity must be explained. All focus remains on the NHS and the disclosure application until we have answers.
The Court
We are still awaiting a response. The Ombudsman advised we contact the court regarding the delay. The court has not replied to several emails or our formal complaint, and no reason has been given for the delay in transferring funds for the disclosure application. We remain ready to pay, receive disclosure, and proceed. We require clarity on the cause of the delay.
The MP
The MP have now received the court’s complaint reference and are reviewing what should have been a straightforward payment. I await their outcome.
Barrister Timothy Becker
Latest - 15 June 2026: Emailed Barrister Timothy Becker with concerns regarding the coroner’s office that conducted the inquest into the body identified as my brother. This is the same coroner’s office at the centre of the Lucy Letby case. We remain focused.
We continue to push forward with transparency, because too many questions remain unanswered to what should be simple answers. Thank you to everyone standing with us.

God bless you and your family, in Jesus’ mighty name 🙏🏿
