Urgent Update 

We are currently awaiting an answer from the NHS regarding the legal validity of a very important document — one that has been at the center of a media frenzy.

We are in contact with three departments of the NHS, including their legal department. We are also working with Barrister Timothy Becker to understand the steps we can take to confirm the legal standing of this historically referenced document. We will keep you updated as we progress.

- 10th June 2026_: I reached out to Barrister Timothy Becker, outlining my concerns once more  

- 11th June 2026_: I carefully broke down my instructions for Barrister Timothy Becker and asked for clarity on this specific document, which may help us reach a speedy conclusion on its legal standing

We are pleased to note that the MP has made contact and has agreed to review the matter concerning the court’s delay in transferring funds to the disclosure application.

In the coming week, we will be examining procedural steps that legal representatives can pursue to expedite court proceedings, particularly in cases where costs and liabilities continue to impact families during ongoing investigations and pending judgments.
