Last week was productive. We reached out to the US government again for info that may help one of our cross-border cases. We’re still gathering info before moving forward with Counsel. NYC residents are waiting to learn why they no longer own their property.

In the UK however, the MP has reached out to us again, confirming the information he now has as he pushes for answers on why my funds haven’t been transferred for the disclosure application, even after Barrister Timothy Becker has given the courts what they requested.

Our cross-border campaign is taking form in both the UK & US. Families need our help, and to help we need to campaign and investigate.

What I would like to know is: 

1. _Who’s accountable when property cases sit in backlog while families wait?  

2. _Why do legal systems take so long_ to investigate housing and property cases?  

3. _Are governments tracking the financial fallout these delays cause for homeowners?  

4. _What concrete steps are being taken right now to clear property case delays?

_In NY, the District Attorney’s office recognizes the sensitive and urgent nature of cases, especially where timely access to information is critical and vulnerable individuals are involved. The DA’s office continues to serve as our point of contact while we gather additional details surrounding the matter.
