On December 17th, 2025, with the support of Barrister Timothy Becker, we lodged an application for disclosure in the Court. Due to delays and backlogs in the UK justice system, we are following up on the current timeframe for the hearing.

We have also connected with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and are preparing to report concerns in the UK and across borders. Our team is compiling evidence to ensure a thorough review. This application for disclosure aims to provide clarity, promoting transparency and accountability. By obtaining necessary disclosures, it will be possible to better understand the situation and advocate for parents' and families' rights.

On January 2nd, 2026, we reached out to members of parliament regarding access to DNA and medical records for deceased individuals, requesting information on the UK government's approach to cross-border concerns. We continue to advocate for timely access, especially in missing persons cases and for families with terminal illnesses.
