We have requested information on the UK government's approach to addressing these issues, including cases with potential cross-border implications or criminal activities. Our efforts include submitting an application for disclosure to the Cheshire Police and preparing to lodge a disclosure application in court.

Key areas of focus include:

- Ensuring access to DNA and medical records for parents of deceased children, regardless of age

- Addressing inconsistencies in coroner services and protecting human rights

- Understanding the UK government's approach to addressing cross-border issues and criminal activities
