Update: December 10th, 2025

I am pleased to announce that we have reached a significant milestone in our pursuit of transparency and accountability. This morning, we issued the application for disclosure of post-mortem images to the Cheshire Constabulary, following a final review by Barrister Timothy. We are seeking clarity on the inquest findings and conclusion, and have kept RT Hon David Alton, Parliamentary human rights committee leader, informed of our progress.

I came across an article highlighting recent evidence presented by a panel of 14 scientists and medical experts, which raises questions about the reliability of medical evidence in similar cases. This new information has prompted me to re-examine the medical evidence presented during the inquest into my brother's case. I assert that the medical evidence presented to the Coroner was inaccurate and plagued with inconsistencies. I am committed to uncovering the truth and ensuring accountability.

The application for disclosure has been completed and issued to the Cheshire Constabulary. A timely resolution is crucial for my case and many others. Swift access to information is essential for families of deceased or missing persons, and for those facing terminal illnesses. Granting parents access to necessary information could alleviate prolonged delays, legal complexities, and emotional distress that many families endure.
