We are tired of sitting on the side line and get abused buy the law. We live in the country side. We buy off road vehicles so we can have some freedom and fun with family and friends to just ride and hang out. We are not allowed that by the law. Government off road vehicles can operate on county dirty road and paved roads without porper vehicles registration or tags but we can't.  They operate in city limits with no lights or proper vehicle identification to say they are city or county officials. We can't make them road legal cause the government doesn't allow us. We want to start a petition so we can get a riding permit to do so. If we have to pay for it like we do every year for our fishing and hunting licenses. We want a permit so we can operate on dirt roads ONLY.NO paved roads. With helmet requirements for miner's. Children over the age of 15  can operate. Children 12-14 with a responsible  adult. No children under the age of 12 can operate anything over 100cc on there own. NO City limits. You have to give regular vehicles the right on the road no blocking the road ways.  Same rules as you have when operating you're normal vehicles. We are tired of have to travel for miles to go to a off road park and pay a lot of money just to ride and hang out with family and friends. There will be rules as well. No traspassing on private property. No ripping up the road or swell's on the roads. If you get cought you will lose you're right to a permit for a year and a situation. The second time you will lot be able to get a permit for 2 years and you're vehicles will be towed. And you will be responsible to pay for damige you caused. If you get cought with out a permit you will get towed and a situation. You have to have your pemit on you at all times when you are operating the vehicle is for. Times for riding will be from  7am till 11 pm. Same as noise ordenice Your permit will be for the country you live in ONLY.  No title restrictions as long as you have a proper bill of sale and law enforcement runs the vin to make sure it's not stolen. Prove you own it for more than 6 months. We can ride in state parks well we want to ride on our dirt roads we pay taxes out here for these road we want to use them as well.We want to take our kids to the bus stop to the park to there friends house with out getting tickets and our vehicles towed or harassment from anyone. They can ride golf carts in city limits that was made for golf course operating only.Im doing this so our country people and children have more freedom we pay our taxes just like everyone else. We always get pushed back and get treated in fairly. And it's time to stand up for our self's. I will take this as far as I can but I need y'all help to get it started and let us be heard.
