I made this petition with a big heart and good intentions I can only pray that it reached the destination of the right person who can make change... we have many women as well as men serving their time as well as their debt to society in the Florida Department of Corrections... Florida Department of Corrections was design to transform one life at a time..to get women and men adjusted back to society.. the Florida Department of Corrections also have guidelines written by Julia Jones and approved by Rick Scott and it's our chapter 33" it was design for state employees as well as inmate's and as well as visitors... I must say the rules are state approved.. but they're not used,the Florida Department of Corrections have a high rise with correctional officers using unnecessary Force and misconduct on inmates falsifying accident reports to cover up their wrong doings... many of the Florida Department of correctional officers feel as if they're above the law,(untouchable).. and as of right now every half a second you have an inmate who is getting beating/starved/retaliated on due to the fact that A family member reached out. whom the Department of Correctional officers call (whistleblowers) they retaliate on the inmate's to hurt the family members and a rack of fear.. it's sad when the Florida Department of Correction has a higher percentage then Florida does on domestic violence.. it's really sad but let's face the facts it has been proven.. what has not been proven is to Justice within our system..Florida Department of Corrections have A very proud saying ...it's always sent with I replied email..(Transforming one life at a time).. as a law-abiding citizen who is a taxpayer agree that the best way to show taxpayers how their money is being used within the justice system as well as putting chapter 33 to work is every correctional officer have a body cam that must be on their uniform within one correctional officers whole shift while working with inmates.. no correctional officer should step one foot in a inmate's dorm without the cam on nor should they move any movements while in supervision of inmates with the body cam off it must be ran at all times... while in arm reach of an inmate/imates... there's absolutely no justifying prison abuse conducted buy a correctional officer on an inmate!
