There are thousands of Americans, and civilians around the world, who are experiencing similar attacks to the diplomats in Cuba.  Some of these people may never prove who their attackers are, but it is vital that you pass legislation to assist the victims who can prove their claims.  Too often, our community has been ignored because people were unaware this technology existed and we are often deemed "schizophrenic" without real evidence to back the label.  Many of the victims CAN prove their claims and because of the "schizophrenic" label, they are ignored by police and court room officials.  There are many resources that prove this is real and the technology exists.  Please acknowledge it by introducing the appropriate legislation necessary to protect American citizens AND civilians abroad.
