Thank you to everyone who's signed and shared. I'd like to ask anybody who has experience with the county or city to help us out. Have you worked with road barriers, i.e. "Jersey" walls and metal guard rails? Do you work in asphalt? Have you put down speed bumps? Do you have experience in these lines of work? We need to know how easy or difficult it is to implement something along this curve. Can we get someone to give an estimate to the county so we can install a barrier safely and by the books? They might continue to argue with us, but I believe cost is not that high. We can't continue to let them lie to us and write us off. Thank you all, Emmanuel
