Our neighborhood has no park or pool to maintain. We are paying alot of money for not having any amenities. Is North Kingwood forest the black sheep neighborhood of Kingwood? I live 5 minutes away from Rivergrove Park an I can't get a k sticker. I didn't buy a house in Kingwood to not have a sticker! When I lived in king crossing apartments before we were wrongfully kicked out for them to build a HEB we were able to obtain a K sticker. At that time we didn't pay taxes or HOA fees. So why now that I'm a home owner I can't get a sticker when I own a house in the city of Kingwood? 

Please start paying into the parks so we can have a k sticker.
