Sir/Madam,

It is a very rare occurrence that constitution-supporting Americans have the opportunity to thank elected members of Congress for their efforts in protecting our Second Amendment rights. This is one of those rare occurrences and I wanted to make sure I took the opportunity to thank you for your efforts in standing up to the unconstitutional and overreaching bureaucracy known as the BATFE in your December 22, 2020 letter to the DOJ and BATFE.

Ms. Regina Lombardo and some of her staff appear to be using their organization and what they presume to be “power” to retaliate against and throw a childish fit at law-abiding American companies. In turn, they were willing to risk making millions of honest, law abiding Americans potential felons overnight for legal items that they had legally purchased and possessed, all during their childish tantrum. 

Knowing that millions of law-abiding gun owners in America are willing to mobilize to thwart unconstitutional efforts by any organization, we hope that you and other members of Congress will see value in your oath to protect the United States Constitution.
