DIRECTV TECHNICIANS WANT A NEW CONTRACT WITH AT&T

DIRECTV TECHNICIANS WANT A NEW CONTRACT WITH AT&T
The Issue
To Our Brothers and Sisters of CWA District 3.
The Technicians from Directv/ATT have a respectful request.
Below you will find signatures from hundreds of our Brothers and Sisters.
We believe an addendum to an existing contract will not properly represent the enviroment or the struggle that we endure daily. We believe the language and structure does NOT cover the daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly expectations we are asked to live up to, nor does it address the level of benefits and pay our Careers have afforded us for many years.
We believe adding us to an existing contract will damage the ability of the CWA to collect dues and create the proper enviroment of Honor and Respect. We believe we have a dedication and passion for our Careers second to none and expect nothing more than an opinion into the working conditions and pay we will use to further our careers and care for our Families.
Your recent victory for Worker's Rights with Verizon was inspiring and gave hope that we too can achieve a show of solidarity by presenting this Petition.
We, The Brothers and Sisters of CWA District 3 respectfully demand our voices be heard. Our passion understood. Our concerns addressed. Directv was unique in the Industry in regards to pay, performance, enviroment, and responsibility.
We chose to join with our Brothers and Sisters in the CWA and now we choose again. We choose to have you, The Union of Workers, to bring us to the table, to fight a battle for us, to deserve the Dues you expect from your members.
We ask this as Brothers, Sisters, Dads, Moms, and most importantly, as a unit.
A Union.
Below you will find the Voices.
Negotiate a Contract that reflects our Passion, our Values, our Brotherhood.
We have only our Labor to offer.
Please dont ask us to accept what someone else fought for.
Fight with us by fighting for us.
The Brothers and Sisters of Directv.
