Make Fenway a Public Beach

Make Fenway a Public Beach
The Issue
The Weekapaug part of Westerly, Rhode Island, holds a special beach, Fenway Beach, that is beloved from all its citizens and some people from out of town. Some residents love this beach year round, its beauty and nature being a source of solist and joy. However, weekapaug residents have put up gates, hired security and found loop holes in the Rhode Island Constitution for the three months of the year while they are here, to keep it for themselves. It is heavily patroled and guarded. The loop hole is that they became a fire district. However, they have no fire house. Instead they use a westerly fire house, Dunns Corners, yet Dunns Corners people aren't allowed access either. They have a history of anti-semetic behavior, with not allowing access to Jews during World War 2 to buy or rent cottages or have access to the hotel. Now, they have a classist, exclusive system that very clearly shows inhumanity. We are the smallest state, with the smallest town. People should not be finding loopholes to steal beautiful pieces of beach that mean something to everyone and keep it for themselves. Also, it is to note none of the Weekapaug residents are Native Weekapaug Americans. They are mostly white people. Please help me make this a public beach so I can look to my left and look to my right and see my neighbors of all classes, races, and social status happy and enjoying the beach.
