Life's Journey, a comprehensive mental health and substance abuse agency, has been providing services to the Norfolk community for 8 years. During this time, we have seen a significant need for Substance Abuse Residential Treatment in Norfolk. Since purchasing the property at 1420-1424 McNeal Ave in 2020, we have conducted extensive research and strongly believe that converting this property into a treatment facility will greatly benefit the neighboring communities.

This property was previously used as a Domestic Violence Shelter and has not served as a single-family residence for over 40 years. Given its history and location, it is ideally suited to meet the urgent need for substance abuse treatment services in our area.
