We, the undersigned, call for the immediate investigation and deportation of Amir Niknamdeh, currently residing in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Niknamdeh has been documented engaging in systematic harassment and issuing violent threats against Iranian pro-democracy and monarchist activists who are legally and peacefully campaigning against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Key Grounds for Deportation:

• Violent Threats & Harassment: There is documented video evidence showing Mr. Niknamdeh threatening Iranian activists on UK soil. These actions constitute a direct violation of UK public order and safety laws.

• Foreign Interference: His activities align with the intimidation tactics used by the Iranian regime's intelligence services to silence dissent abroad. The UK must not be a safe haven for those who export the Islamic Republic's repression to British streets.

• Abuse of Residency Status: If the subject holds a residency permit or has claimed asylum, his actions prove he is not a victim of the regime but an active enforcer of its ideologies. This is a clear abuse of the UK’s immigration and protection systems.
