We already resolved the issue, the apts paid the vehicle out and we returned the vehicle Hotic Brown has no issue since she did not have to pay and the vehicle was returned. The vehicle did not run.

I am rejecting this response because:

The office person cecila tried to get $200 out of me by running down the vehicle battery overnight, then told the Weidner Apts area manager that i go to their Odessa facility and prove that my vehicle was drivable in order to avoid payment. Luckily I didn't fall for her ruse. Then she said she couldn't legally return the vehicle in my absence to to legal reasons. When challenged to evidence these legalities in writing, she backed down and became silent. Since there was no legal, ethical or rational justification for the tow, the vehicle was returned to me 2 days later by RCLLS LLC aka ARS Towing Service - run down, vandalized and items pilfered from inside of it.

Replace/repair or refund my properties and we'll be good.

Tochi you have issues, nobody messed with the vehicle. No one open or got into the vehicle. Your battery was dead which is why you refused to come and drive the vehicle off the lot. You did not keep the vehicle up and it was dead prior to the tow. Please seek mental help. We do a serve which is honestly and prompt. 
your vehicle was return to you. You may reject this but we resolved this issue like adult with the property.

Peter and co. - You have just demonstrated why you have over 260+ negative reviews and a 1.6/5.0 rating on Google. Each story on there is eerily similar to my experience with your business.


However, calling me derogatory names is irrelevant to this issue. I encourage you to overcome your embarrassment, put aside your ego, and do the right thing. Use this opportunity to redeem your reputation. Make things right for me (and others) whom you have wronged, and gain your peace of mind.


Repair, replace or refund my properties.
