ARS Towing tried using bogus "laws" to argue why my vehicle could not be returned to me. However, when they were challenged to cite the specific Texas law or Texas Department of Licensing and registration (TDLR) policy, they could not. Therefore, they quietly returned my vehicle very early yesterday morning.

I believe that your support matters because a lot of people do not know that they have the right not to be towed for no reason. People should not be victims of the whims and greed of towing companies that unfortunately have blank contracts with HOAs and apartment complexes.
