I’m Gamer, a passionate Minecraft player since 2011 and up until recently, many of us were enjoying setting world records on the Bedrock Zeqa server, using our controllers. However, this has changed. In an effort to penalize some of us, the server has placed a click-per-second (CPS) limit on controller players, unfairly affecting our gaming experience and promoting inequity. There are many like me who prefer the controller and we believe our choice of gaming device should not be a punitive measure. Notably, there is a significant subset of Minecraft players who use controllers - making this a chosen option for not just a few, but many players around the world. This fight is not merely about records, but also about a fair gaming environment and experience for all. We call on the administrators of the Minecraft Zeqa server: remove the CPS limit for controller players and let us play the game on our preferred device without restriction.
