Revoke Parole of Convicted Felon

Revoke Parole of Convicted Felon
The Issue
My grandfather was the original murder victim in 1982, and our family has been living with this pain for years. The individual responsible for his death was released from prison based on a South Carolina Supreme Court Ruling in 2013. He was released from prison in 2018 and has violated his parole by being arrested with the charge of "Felon in Possession of a Firearm" after threatening his neighbor. Kenneth William Green poses a potential threat to public safety. He has been shown on at least 2 episodes of "On Patrol Live" Season 2.
Statistics show that recidivism rates among violent offenders are alarmingly high; according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, about 68% of released prisoners were arrested within three years. We cannot allow this felon to walk free and risk another tragedy. Please sign this petition to urge authorities to revoke the parole and ensure justice is served.
His parole violation hearing is June 19, 2024, and the family asks for your support by signing this petition requesting that the South Carolina Department of Parole, Probation and Pardon revoke his parole. Please help us keep the community safe.
