However, true sustainability is rooted in transparency, integrity, and a fundamental respect for nature—not in cloaking our food under potentially harmful substances. Apeel's synthetic nature conflicts with the essence of organic produce and could mislead consumers seeking to make healthy and informed choices.

Consumers who strive for a holistic lifestyle rely heavily on the assurance that they can access pure and untainted produce. The essence of organic produce is its natural purity, and any application of synthetic coatings like Apeel violates this essential definition. If you want longer shelf life, get the other stuff.
