Boris Johnson has been officially proven and voted to be a complete and utter disgrace as an MP as well as a PM. Yet, he will continue to receive not just allowances and perks worth hundreds of thousands of pounds at the tax payer’s expense, he has already made millions as an ex-PM might with his public engagements. This is rubbing salts in the wounds of an entire nation of honest working professionals and politicians alike. 

If allowed to continue as is, Boris Johnson is bound to be taken as an ideal by millions of people, lying and hustling their way through their careers, rubbishing all ethics of conduct. To know that a lier and cheat was not just able to get to the highest office of PM but also allowed to go with just a reprimand at best is making mockery of social justice by any standards. 

Now, when the majority of parliament has officially confirmed that they do not approve of Mr Johnson’s conduct, there is still an attempt to brush it all under the carpet and move on. While the rest  of the society is waiting open mouthed, aghast at the visuals of what went on in Downing Street under Johnson’s so called leadership, we as a nation need to demand him being brought to justice as a normal professional would. Under similar circumstances if a normal profess was found cheating, flouting rules and doing the opposite of what he/ she was supposed to, the judicial system and professional bodies would rightly make sure that all professional affiliations are revoked and known to the public. We as a nation would want an equal treatment of Boris Johnson so that he is never able to make a single penny as a so called ‘politician’.
