It is from a place of tremendous pain and loss, that I ask for your support. My grandbabies Rio and Kiylan Galliher were tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident in Sarasota, Florida. Their mother, my daughter-in-law, Taeler Joy Bennett, is fighting for her life in the hospital. It is a nightmare no family should have to live through. We are seeking justice. In hit-and-run accidents, nationwide 20% of pedestrian fatalities involve hit and run drivers, according to the American Automobile Association (AAA). But sadly, here we are.

The alleged perpetrator of this heinous act has received a bond, meaning they have the possibility to avoid jail time until the trial. We demand the removal of this bond. It is a slap in the face to our grievous loss, and an affront to the pursuit of justice for Rio, Kiylan, and Taeler.
