I, along with numerous others, am deeply dissatisfied with Angela Aguilar being given the title of Woman of the Year. To us, she does not symbolize the ideal representation of womanhood that should be celebrated with such an accolade. As women, we feel misrepresented by Angela Aguilar's actions and attitudes. She is not the example we want to set for future generations of women pursuing success. It is crucial that the award of Woman of the Year be given to those who genuinely inspire, empower, and represent women across all walks of life. Angela Aguilar's inconsistent demonstration of these qualities more often than not leaves women feeling alienated rather than represented. Therefore, we call for the revocation of the Woman of the Year title from Angela Aguilar.
