The Issue
I wanted to see what could be altered to truly improve lives for liberty and justice for all. I changed a few more things as someone mentioned there wasn’t enough on making true change. Also there isn’t new treaties its about respecting the ones they already have that they ignore. And proper justice to all affected by slavery and segregation and their families.

Preamble
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a truly just and compassionate Union, to honor and restore the sovereignty of Native American Nations through land reclamation and fulfillment of treaties, to atone and provide retribution for the enduring injustices of slavery and segregation, to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of future generations, and to ensure accountability against those who serve only private interests at the expense of the People, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This Constitution is dedicated to protecting human dignity, the rights of nature, and the flourishing of society, while revoking the human rights of those who commit the most vile acts against humanity, animals, or the environment beyond the right to a fair trial.
Article I – Legislative Powers for Environmental Justice and Public Interest
All legislative powers shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, consisting of a Senate and House of Representatives.
Congress shall enact laws to ensure universal access to education, healthcare, environmental restoration, and reparative programs for communities harmed by slavery and segregation.
Laws shall prioritize the return of stolen lands to Native American Nations, the protection of ecosystems, and the regulation of all industries to prevent harm to people, animals, and the planet.
Lobbying that serves private over public interest, insider trading by government officials, or acts against the People’s trust shall be punishable as high crimes.
Article II – The Executive Duty for Restoration and Accountability
The President shall swear to uphold the Constitution and to ensure environmental protection, social equity, and restitution for historical injustices.
The Executive shall oversee the return of Native lands, the enforcement of reparative programs, and the prosecution of corporate or political actors engaged in corruption or harm to society.
Federal agencies shall actively restore ecosystems, combat climate change, and dismantle structures of systemic exploitation.

Article III – Judiciary for Societal and Environmental Justice
The judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court and in inferior courts established by Congress.
Courts shall prioritize cases involving corruption, environmental destruction, corporate malfeasance, and reparative justice for communities harmed by slavery and segregation.
Lobbyists, corporate executives, and officials found guilty of insider trading, environmental crimes, or harm to the People’s interest shall face severe penalties, including civil forfeiture and disqualification from public influence.
Individuals convicted of murder, sexual crimes against minors, large-scale environmental destruction, or severe animal cruelty shall forfeit their broader human rights protections beyond the right to a fair trials depending on severity of personal actions.
Article IV – Responsibilities of the States
States shall ensure access to education, healthcare, environmental restoration, and reparative justice initiatives.
States must collaborate with the federal government to restore Native lands, protect wildlife, and prevent exploitation of natural resources.
Article V – Bill of Rights and Public Protections
All citizens shall enjoy the rights to life, liberty, education, healthcare, reparative justice, and protection from discrimination.
Citizens shall have the right to a clean environment, access to clean water, and the humane treatment of animals.
Freedom of speech, religion, and assembly remain protected, except when used to directly incite violence or to orchestrate actions that harm society, animals, or the environment.
Those who commit the gravest crimes against people, animals, or the planet shall forfeit full human rights especially in the case of sexual crimes against minors and animals shall mean you forfeit the right to protect you against cruel and unusual punishment.

Corporations and individuals that knowingly harm society, exploit the environment, or compromise the People’s trust through lobbying or insider trading shall face full criminal, civil, and financial penalties.
All government officials and private entities must operate with transparency and prioritize the public good over private profit.
Article VII – Ratification
This Constitution, dedicated to environmental restoration, social redemption, and the protection of all communities, shall take effect upon ratification by a supermajority of the States.
