The retrospective application of the roster system in the Meghalaya Reservation Policy as per office memorandum dated May 10, 2022 and High Court order dated April 5 and 10, 2022, is in blatant disregard of existing policy and thus completely illegal and cruel to certain communities of the state. This policy needs to be immediately reviewed and changed for the security and justice to all communities of the state. If we could gather immense support through this online petition,  the public outcry might be strong enough to move legislation in favour of this matter.
