Please review minimum qualifications for CSD / CPS, (AKA: Childrens Services Division and Child Protective Services), caseworker positions. Minimum qualification MUST include experience raising children of their own. Many have not. I feel many are recent college graduates working their first job. I feel we cannot allow entry level personnel the authority to remove children from loving homes.
