Victims of Abuse are further victimized in Judge  Nolan’s courtroom by his continuous rulings of suspended sentences for domestic violence. His findings is an abuse of his position where people courageously seek judicial retribution of violent acts at the hands of an abuser. Victims are twice victimized by his leniency. 

It is time for Judge Nolan to be judicially reviewed and undergo psychological competency testing to examine his subjective opinions on domestic violence and especially in cases where women are the victims. I believe this is now a serious issue in his courtroom and I ask you all for support in getting signatures here and share that he be reviewed for his findings.
