I am an avid user of the Bleacher Report app. I, like many others, found great value in it for its easy-to-navigate interface and real-time updates. Unfortunately, the update that rolled out on February 12th fundamentally changed the nature of the app and for many of us, it was a step in the wrong direction. The new format is more difficult to navigate, with features that were once easy-to-find now buried within layers of unnecessary complexity. Feedback from the Bleacher Report community highlights that many users share this sentiment. According to surveys conducted, a majority of users find the new interface less intuitive and more cumbersome to use. The user ratings for the app have also dipped by 2-point post the February update on the App Store (source: App Store Ratings).
Let's urge the app developers to listen to their user base and revert back to the previous, more functional and user-friendly version of the app. The user experience should always be a priority and not sacrificed for updates that do not add any practical value.
