Federal Judge Kaplan interferred with Ecuador court. Chevron was ordered to pay $18 B to Ecuador people who were poisoned by Chevron owned Texaco. After 18 years, an american lawer finally got the people a decent settlement. Yet Chevron went to American judge Kaplan for protection and got it. We must stop this shameful Judge from protecting corporations who poison people and send a message to all other Judges, "ENOUGH!".
