The number of no-knock warrants has increased exponentially and they are very dangerous.  These type of warrants are very controversial and it is questionable that they are constitutional.  In this particular case the bad judgement used in issuing a no-knock warrant resulted in the tragic death of Sgt. Adam Sowders.  This is a huge loss for his community as he was a good man and a volunteer fireman.

The other tragedy in this shooting is the incarceration of Henry Magee.  He is in jail awaiting a pending indictment.  He should never have been charged with capital murder for defending his home, his property, and his pregnant girlfriend.  The 2nd Amendment right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed according to the Bill of Rights.  This is so important because Americans must have the right to defend themselves and their family if they feel they are in danger.
