Our goal is not to stop all housing development. Our goal is to ask the city to prioritize their constituents and our community over home builder's profit. We want intentional development that is the best interest of our community both short and long term.

We want our city leaders to ensure that our community is prioritized over home builder's profit. We want to see development that benefits the community. We want our city leaders to be our voice.

We want the city to hold the housing companies accountable for their promises. Better yet, we want the city to require home builder's to provide their "promises" prior to building any new homes.

We want the city to require that all necessary safety issues are fully mitigated. Roads, stoplights, crosswalks, sidewalks and all other necessary safety issues be mitigated prior to the building of any new homes. Our lives are more important than the builder's profit!

We want the city to let the residents be a part of the entire process of community development. To make sure that the schools, fire, police, and residents are part of the development plans before they are completed not after.
