The Issue

We are a parent group of children with Down syndrome based in Carlow. For the past 3 years our children have not received the therapeutic services - Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy that are essential to help our children reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. The HSE has forgotten about us.
