On August 25, 2017 Cole was born at a healthy 6lbs 11 ounces. Schuylkill county children and youth services took Cole from the hospital just a few days after he was born, and petitioned the courts asking for an emergency protective order for Cole against his mother and father. Samantha Dunphy and Michael Stanakis didn't even get the chance to bring their newborn son home, and the agency was already taking him from them. After a long almost 4 year battle with Schuylkill county children and youth, Samantha and Michael lost the rights to their son. Samantha has gone everywhere she could think of for help, the attorney General, inspector General, county commissioners, etc. All of which have told her there was nothing she could do about her allegations of fraud, misconduct and more. County commissioners refuse to look into any if her claims as well as several other parents claims against this agency. It has been 326 days since Samantha and Michael last seen their little boy.
