I am writing this petition with a heavy heart and disappointment. The president of Ethiopian National Bank has decided to remove the CashGo money transfer application from the the Ethiopian banking platform. So, far the CasGO money transfer has benefitted more than fifty thousand diasporas worldwide. So, we ask the Ethiopian national bank president to reverse his decision and return the interrupted CashGO service online as soon as possible. 

Also, we demand that the bank board consider this matter seriously and transparently. By not doing so, you are only hurting the huge diaspora communities and their families who depend on receiving funds through this application. 

In addition, the CashGO application eliminates the black-market foreign exchange and benefits the Ethiopian government. The Ethiopian banking sector needs to be competitive with the international banks by adopting technology and innovation.
