Officer Daisy Panuco has been an integral part of our community in Alleghany - a solid pillar of strength, wisdom, and compassion, particularly cherished by the Hispanic community and women. Officer Panuco stands accused of an incident that occurred in January, which only came to light in March, leading her to voluntarily resign from her position. We believe this solitary incident, which does not depict her true character, overshadows her many contributions and the crucial role she plays in our community.
