I, an ardent and long-time consumer of Monster's drinks, am deeply saddened by their decision to phase out my favorite flavor: the Aussie Lemonade. Many others, like myself, appreciated its unique taste, and we find the new Viking Berry to be an inadequate substitute. The Aussie Lemonade held a special place in our routines and we beseech the makers to reconsider this decision.

Our discontent is not just a matter of personal taste. Talking in terms of consumer preferences, Lemonade flavors have generally been popular, even preferred by a majority (Euromonitor International, 2019). Replacing a well-liked Lemonade line with Viking Berry is an inexplicable move that will likely alienate a considerable number of Monster’s consumers.

To Monster's Beverage Corporation: We understand that companies need to innovate and deliver new products. However, discontinuing a much-loved flavor like Aussie Lemonade should not be the price we pay for innovation. We urge you to reevaluate this decision for the sake of your loyal customers.
