As concerned members of the community, we are acting on witnessing the diligence, passion, and commitment exhibited by our school superintendent, Ms. Marie Feagins. Her tireless effort towards our children's welfare is commendable, and her removal from the role would be a disservice to our education system.

Ms. Feagins has consistently prioritized our children, taking decisive action to enhance and improve their learning environment. She has profoundly touched the lives of many families within our community and has proven her dedication and integrity time and again. With the ever-increasing need for robust and responsive education leadership, her role is more critical than ever.

According to statistics from the National Center for Education Statistics, schools with stable administration demonstrate higher student achievement rates, lower staff turnover, and more secure community relationships (NCES, 2018). Ms Feagins’ continued leadership aligns perfectly with these metrics.
