This cause is sincere and very close to my heart. Our local coach, a dedicated individual, has shown immense passion and unrelenting effort in shaping the lives of our youth. However, due to his teacher certification investigation, he is at risk of losing his position. This coach is an invaluable asset to our community and the development of our youth. 

Research studies have widely recognized that coaches have a profound influence on their students' behavior, motivation, and attitudes, contributing significantly to their overall development (Source: Kidman, L., & Lombardo, B.J., 2010). Our coach has brought about a positive impact in our community. Removing him from his coaching position will absolutely negatively impact our youth. 

The significant role that our coach plays in our local society is irreplaceable. It is not just about teaching the rules of a sport, but also about instilling essential life values. Who better to teach about grace & forgiveness. Therefore, we request that coach-retention policies be revised and allow for coaches to stay on even without teacher certification.
