Mrs. Beth Stribling has been the heart and soul of the Murray Middle School band since 1987. Her passion for music education is unparalleled, and her dedication to her students is unwavering. This position has been her dream for as long as she can remember, and we believe it's only fair that she remains in this role until at least the band's 100th anniversary in 2026.

Under Mrs. Stribling's guidance, our school band has flourished, providing a creative outlet for countless students over the decades. Her commitment to nurturing musical talent in Murray, KY is evident not just through words but also through actions.

However, recent developments have put Mrs. Stribling’s position at risk - a change that would be detrimental not only to her but also to our community and its rich musical tradition.
