During the final seconds of The Crows vs. Sydney match a Crows player named Ben Keys kicked a goal, an umpire mistakenly called it a point.

A score review was undertaken after the final siren went off and there was sufficient evidence that it was a goal.

Finally, when The Adelaide’s season is on the line umpires should be required to submit a score review especially during the crucial last minutes. 

I strongly believe legal action should be taken on this matter.
