I am an avid TikTok user and like many others, I rely heavily on the music to create engaging content. Recently, the music from Universal Music Group was removed from the platform, leaving us without access to a vast array of songs that we love and need for our videos.

The removal not only affects creators but also fans who enjoy watching videos set to their favorite tracks. This decision limits creativity and diversity on TikTok - an app that thrives on these very principles.

We urge TikTok and Universal Music Group to find common ground for the benefit of all users who rely on this platform for expression, connection, entertainment or even livelihoods. We believe that restoring Universal Music Group's catalog will enrich our experience as creators and viewers alike.
