Our community in Hudson, WI, deserves leadership that values transparency, integrity, and the well-being of every student and staff member. Unfortunately, under the current superintendent’s leadership, the Hudson School District has suffered from a growing pattern of poor communication, questionable decision-making, and a lack of accountability. This has led to an erosion of trust between district administration and families due to withheld information and inconsistent transparency.

Over the past several years, the lack of open communication and ineffective management has compromised the quality of our educational system. Decisions have been made without adequate consultation with professionals, teachers, parents, and students, negatively impacting the educational experience and the school environment. Our concerns as parents, teachers, and community members have too often been met with disregard, fostering a climate of disillusionment and frustration.

This unilateral approach not only disregards the voices of our community but also undermines the cooperative spirit that should be at the heart of our education system.

Our schools need leadership that is committed to rebuilding trust, engaging the community, and prioritizing the welfare of students and teachers alike. We need a superintendent who is transparent in their actions, accountable for their decisions, and genuinely invested in restoring our district’s integrity and performance.

To begin the process of positive change, we believe it is time for the current superintendent to step down, allowing a new leader who embodies these qualities to take the helm. Our children's education and our community's future depend on it.
