In previous updates we discussed how LaTrina replaces experts with her cronies by lowering hiring standards and distorting the process. Most Incompetent employees in Quality Assurance & Regulatory have been hired and promoted by LaTrina. Not only LaTrina has been scheduled to a 60% raise but also her dad has been receiving continuous raise from the State Department of Hell through these hirings and promotions.
OSDH has become a hub of unethical churchgoers that are connected to the Midwest City church of Hell which LaTrina’s father is its pastor. These employees whether new or existing are a web of incompetents who are pushing experts out. LaTrina has been hiring some straight from the church and the rest who are connected with it through different activities. New hires have been taking managerial and high pay positions and existing ones have been getting promoted and or rewarded an unprecedented raise all with the help of fraudulent performance management calibration.
LaTrina’s dad has been getting a constant raise per LaTrina’s hiring and promoting efforts. The Tithe of the Midwest City church of hell has been increased during the last couple of years. “In fact, supporting the needs of pastors and the work of the local church is one of the main purposes of tithing.” It all comes back to scratch my back, so I scratch your back. In this case, I give you a position and a raise and you pay my daddy.
Thanks to LaTrina, her dad and her family is getting paid well by Oklahomans while their health and safety is endangered. I am short of finding words for these deceitful actions. Is it called conflict of interest? I wonder what lord LaTrina and her cronies are praying to.
