Predicting OSDH’s future is a holistic educated guess, based on events and trends within the organization. There is no need for a PHD in astrology to be able to understand the stars alignment to predict the future of OSDH and some of leadership positions.  

In this year of Water Rabbit, the worst is coming for those who abused their position without any consideration for public health or their employees. A couple of arrests are going to happen for embezzlement. Misfortune is coming for those who got rid of the experts to climb the ladder and those who aided and abetted the self-serving cause. The current leaders will get booted out and those who are getting kicked out will walk the walk of shame.  

The luckiest employees of all are those who are applying for jobs outside. Employees that are very loyal to the Mission, Vision and Values of the OSDH would be having a very hard time digesting all the political filth and incompetency of leadership personnel, especially those in Latrina’s division. These employees have already adopted different survival tactics to make the workplace somehow tolerable. These survival methods are shared to ease the stress of suffering employees.  

First group deals with the day-to-day stress by repeating to themselves that they are not in any position to change anything. I attest that repeating is believing but to a point and it has been way passed that point.  

Second group curb their ethics through legitimizing the bystander syndrome. This group logic is that voicing their concern does not solve any problem but costing their job. Since they are saving their job, being a bystander is totally and completely acceptable and semi ethical. I personally believe a bystander is aiding in crime. 

Third group go to the extent that they do not send anything but love to the universe. These individuals do not want to manifest their anger by voicing it and definitely do not want to have Karma at their back. If you ask me their problem is that they do not know how to cuss therefore they will erupt with any provocation. 

Fourth group take the matter to God. They believe God will take care of injustice and the rein of these incompetents will pass. Their faith is so strong that they do not need to do anything but to wait for God. I wonder for a state that is in Bible Belt why Oklahoma sucks in every category other than the worst category. 

If you are a suffering employee, find a tactic that suits you. The best result would be attainable through mixing and matching couple of the survival tricks and should be continued until the storm passes. If you still are not able to get over your anger and resentment, add some medication and legalized drug to your routine. It will sweeten your day and you will be able to relax and enjoy the show that is coming. In the end, it is a wonderful year for all ethical employees whether they are staying or leaving OSDH.
