The goal of this petition is to restore the vision, mission and values of the Oklahoma State Department of Health by reestablishing the system of checks and balances and by retaining and employing professionals and qualified experts.   

The vision, mission and values of the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) have been hijacked and compromised.  Our system of checks and balances has been failing us for some time.  This failure has been resulting in the loss of professionals and competent State employees who are experts in their fields and have been replaced by underqualified and incompetent personnel.  

These experts and professionals of the OSHD have been mainly eliminated by means of unjust termination, forced to resignation, pressured into retirement, or by being undermined and cutoff from the responsibilities of their positions.  The cronyism and nepotism have been highly practiced by the employees in leadership through replacing experts with inept and ineffectual friends and family.  The lack of qualifications, knowledge and disinterest in learning the requirements and the processes have been leading to unprecedented backlogs and harmful decisions that would affect the health and safety of the public and causing disruptions in the growth of our local businesses.

The groups responsible for this alarming shift in OSDH reside mainly across divisions and departments overseen by Deputy Commissioner of Quality Assurance & Regulatory, Dr. LaTrina Frazier.  Public complaints have been sabotaged to cover backlogs caused by incompetent new employees.  Concerned communications to the offices of the Human Resources and the Accountability Systems have been dismissed and whistleblowers have been eliminated.   

We demand reestablishing the system of checks and balances and retaining and employing professionals and qualified experts in the OSDH.  Dr. Frazier, the Legal team, the Office of Accountability and Human Resources, Directors and some managers who are cronies of Dr.  Frazier need to be accounted for their actions and reprimanded.  As State employees, residents and business owners in this great State, we need to come together and take a stand by signing this petition urging these changes for a safe and prosperous Oklahoma.
