Biden, Jr. Expressway in Pennsylvania should revert to its original name - Central Scranton Expressway. The renaming act should clarify that, we, as citizens, do not support such leniency for individuals proven guilty of causing significant harm, especially when that harm affects our youth. It is essential to remember that between 2003 and 2008 Judge Conahan's actions resulted in the unjust sentencing of children in Luzerne County in exchange for millions of dollars [source: U.S Department of Justice].
