The White House does not belong to any one president.
It belongs to the American people.

A court has determined that actions undertaken by Donald Trump to alter the White House complex—including major changes to the East Wing that eliminated key portions of its original structure—were carried out without proper legal authority.

That is the current legal finding.

A sitting president moved forward with changes to one of the most historic and symbolic buildings in the country—without the authority to do so.

This is not about party.
It is about whether the law still means anything when power is involved.

If an action is taken without legal authority, it must be reversed.
And those responsible should bear the cost—not the American public.

Instead, we are left with unanswered questions, no restoration, and no accountability.

That should concern everyone.

Because if the rules don’t apply at the top, they don’t apply at all.

- A full and transparent review of all East Wing changes considered and carried out under Donald Trump

-    An immediate cease and desist from further construction on the Whitehouse

-    Immediate restoration of any portions altered or removed without proper legal authority

-    Pursuit of appropriate civil action, including a potential class action lawsuit, to hold Donald Trump financially responsible for restoration costs

The American people should not pay to fix actions that were taken outside the law.

This is about more than one building.

It is about accountability, responsibility, and whether the United States is still governed by law.
