Restore Parental Rights; Return Our Baby Taken Unjustly by the State

The issue

What happened:

We are a family that was once whole. Today, we are unjustly separated from our baby by an Australian state government. Our story is one of mistreatment and bias. A government worker, fueled by personal animosity and racism, exploited legal rules to wrench our baby away from us using false information. We are Caucasian Australian.

With respect, we have black Aboriginal friends who are kind and lovely. This caseworker was a hostile racist who would sell her own baby for a promotion.

This issue isn't isolated to our family alone. In 2019, approximately 45,000 Australian kids were in foster care. Almost 20,000 of these children had been in care for 2 or more years, which can significantly interrupt the crucial bonding between parents and their offsprings, leaving a lasting negative impact on the child's development (according to Australian Institute of Family Studies).

Every child deserves to grow in the warmth of their own family, and every family deserves justice. We join other innocent families who've been abused by the misuse of power of unjust authorities. We petition this Australian state government to reinvestigate our case impartially and to return our baby to us. We ask for your voice in our battle against this misuse of state power and racial bias. Sign this petition to demand justice and family re-unification. Let us bring our baby home.

Thank you for your compassion for our baby.
