New OC Transpo bus routes are causing significant inconvenience and hardship for many riders, including myself. Previously, a single bus ride would suffice to reach my destination, but now I am forced to take two or even three buses. This drastic change is not only affecting my daily routine but also isolating seniors and other riders who relied heavily on the previous routes.

The decision to cut certain bus routes entirely has left some areas with no public transportation access. This is particularly troubling for seniors and individuals who depend on public transit as their primary means of transportation. These changes have essentially left many stranded, compounded by longer travel times and increased waiting periods in between connections.

Restoring the original bus routes can significantly improve the quality of life for countless residents in our community who are struggling with the new system. OC Transpo needs to take into consideration the unique needs of all its users and ensure that public transportation remains accessible, reliable, and efficient for everyone.
